The same flat, every time
Every apartment gets the same bed, the same fibre line, the same kitchen kit, the same blackout curtains. Book a second stay in a different neighbourhood and you already know what you're walking into.
Our own team, on salary
Housekeeping and maintenance are ours, not a contractor hired per job. Every flat is photographed after each turnover, and anything to do with water, power or the AC is dealt with the same day.
Registered and above board
We're a registered Egyptian company: guests are registered with the Tourism Police as the law requires, and you get a real invoice at the end. Not every operator in this city can say that.
Staying a month or more?
Most of our guests are here for work — a posting, a project, a relocation while they look for something permanent. We price long stays properly, invoice your employer, and sign a real contract.
